Our Heritage Flush Window combines the beauty and elegance of traditional timber with all the benefits of PVC-U. The flush sash closes into the frame to finish flush with the face of the window, making a stunning addition to both traditional and contemporary properties — period homes, country cottages and modern townhouses alike. Its unrivalled aesthetic appeal makes it one of the most attractive windows on the market today.
The flush sash can be built two ways, each giving a different corner detail. Both deliver the same #BestInClass weather and thermal performance — the choice is about the look and the authenticity of the joint.
The frame and sash corners are heat-welded into a single, seamless unit. There is no visible mechanical seam, giving a clean, continuous profile with maximum weather-tightness and rigidity — the most cost-effective and robust option for everyday specification.
The corners are cut and mechanically jointed to recreate the authentic mitred or butt-jointed look of a traditional timber window, with a fine joint line at the corner. Ideal for period properties and conservation work where a genuine timber aesthetic is required, without sacrificing PVC-U performance.

Frames and sashes are made using a sculptured carving technique for a traditional appearance. Our PVCu casements use the Deceuninck 2800 profile for high-quality, attractive windows in any configuration.
Our welding technique creates tightly bonded 45° corners — cleaned with advanced machinery for a seamless, robust and pristine finish on the frame.
A recycled core made from reclaimed PVCu reduces waste and environmental impact. The outer layer stays virgin PVCu for a smooth white finish and optimal performance, with no compromise on strength.
Surface-fixed astragal bars with back-to-back spacer bars inside the unit divide the glass into smaller sections. Available in horizontal or vertical layouts to suit different architectural styles.
A multi-point locking mechanism engages several points simultaneously when the window closes, distributing locking force evenly along the frame for unparalleled security and peace of mind.
Friction stays give smooth, controlled opening and let the window hold at any angle without an additional mechanical stay — ideal for safe, easy operation and cleaning.
Trickle vents allow background airflow even when the window is closed, meeting current Building Regs. Colour-matched to the chosen finish and available in 2500EA and 5000EA sizes.
A variety of sill options to meet the needs of the opening. Choose between no sill, 95mm, 150mm or 180mm.
Every window comes with the Maxim inline espag handle as standard, in a choice of five finishes. Upgrade to the traditional Tear Drop or Monkey Tail patterns — ergonomically shaped, with a cranked design that gives good clearance between handle and frame — or specify the premium Signature Stainless Steel collection in marine-grade 316 stainless. The Chamfered 2500 windows and doors have their own stock colour range — over twenty colourways, also available on your next delivery, with the same colour-matched ancillaries.
Twenty further premium colours — from Claystone, Sage and the Super Matt oaks through to metallics, Vin Rouge and Yakisugi — available as a special order, as foil on white PVC or foiled on both sides.
